hours? Planning a unique event? Although we have tried
to create packages for just about every event, occasionally
our customers require our packages to be tailored to their needs.
Our A La Carte™ lets you create custom party packages to meet your
specific needs.
Are you looking for a party room but don't want to do ALL THAT
WORK? Catering Con Sazon offers a party room with plenty
of service. All of our rentals include:
Full Setup - our staff will put up all of your decorations**
Full Cleanup - pack your presents and go!
Chafing dishes on your buffet table
Bartender, Bus Boy, Waiter, Security & Coat Check (seasonal)
Note: DJ is an additional charge, only
INSURED DJs are allowed at Con Sazon.

Day time rentals:
12-4pm, 2-6pm, 3pm-7pm
Evening Rentals:
7pm-11pm, 8pm-12am, 9pm-1am, 10pm-2am
- Night Before - Drop off your non-perishable decorations,
plates, napkins & utensils, & beverages.
- 2 Hours Before - Drop off warm food, cake & perishable
decorations
- Start of Party - Bartender opens bar and serves your
liquor and/or runs a cash bar
- 1 Hour Later (or earlier if requested) - Buffet opens, our
wait staff will serve your food
- 2 Hours Later (or per your instruction) - Cake is cut, our
wait staff will serve your cake
- Last Half Hour - Bartender closes bar, our wait staff will
pack your remaining food, beverages & decorations

Price is per person and does not include 8.875% NYS Sales and
15% gratuity charge. Saturday evening
events must guarantee a minimum of 80 adult guests; all other
events must guarantee a minimum of 40 adult guests. Children
under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list
count for our Room Rentals. Children
ages 6 through 12 receive a 50% discount.
A full guest list must be submitted at least one (1) week prior
to your event. Only guests on your guest list will be admitted
to our location during your event. Our maximum room capacity is
150 guests. The rates listed above are for a four (4) hour
event. Additional hours may be added to your event at the rate
of $300 per hour.
All Room Rentals require a 25% security deposit. All prices
are effective January 1, 2010 and are subject to change.

Want to kick it up a notch? Our Room Rental Plus adds:
Champagne flutes, appetizer plates and coffee cups are also
available at an additional cost.

In May 2009, Catering Con
Sazon secured Scorpion Entertainment as a our preferred vendor for DJ services.
We strongly recommend you hire Scorpion Entertainment as their DJs are insured
and use our booth which is located above the dance floor and includes a
disco light system. If you wish to bring your own DJ, he/she
must provide proof of liability insurance and provide his/her own sound
equipment which must be placed on the dance floor and pay a $150 usage fee no
later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event.. Outside DJs
must provide an equipment list for approval by management at least one (1) week
prior to your event. Only equipment approved by management will be
be admitted onto our premises.
We also maintain a relationship with several well known DJs such as DJ
Woody, Big Paul, On the Move Entertainment, DJ Kool Mikeski, Tito
Quiles and David Sala among others. If you choose to bring
your own DJ, have the DJ contact our office to confirm if he is part
of our pool.

Dancing on a Cloud
Dance floor covered in smoke by our low laying fogger gives the
