Quinceañera Pearl $30pp*	The "I Don't Want A Sweet 16, I Just Want A Party" Kind of Quinceañera.  Our Quinceañera Pearl consists of: Four (4) Hour Event Unlimited soda, juice & water Buffet consisting of pernil, arroz con gandules, pollo al horno, baked ziti and house salad Full staff - waiters, bus boys, security, bartender and coat check Choice of colored linens from our stock inventory *Price is per person and does not include 8¾% NYS Sales and 15% gratuity charge.  Saturday evening events must guarantee a minimum of 80 guests, all other events must guarantee a minimum of 40 guests.  Children under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list count for our Quinceañera packages.  Children ages 6 through 12 receive a 50% discount.  All prices are effective May 1, 2008 and are subject to change.

NOTE: As of May 1, 2008 Our Sweet 16 Packages Do Not Include DJ Service

This package does not include DJ services.  You may add Enhanced DJ services to this package for $500.  Enhanced DJ services include emcee services during your event as well as one (1) 45-minute rehearsal with our DJ the week of your event.  If you wish to bring your own DJ, he/she must provide proof of liability insurance and provide his/her own sound equipment.  Outside DJs must provide an equipment list for approval by management at least one (1) week prior to your event.  Only equipment approved by  management will be be admitted onto our premises.
