Teen Time $2950*	A very popular tradition at Con Sazon has been to celebrate the 13th birthday of the teenagers in our community.  Many of our local families have chosen to reward good grades and excellent behavior with a coming of age party.  These fun-filled, teenage celebrations include: Four (4) Hour Event Full Staff Unlimited Soda & Juice Champagne Toast Buffet featuring pernil, pollo al horno, arroz con gandules, baked ziti and house salad Dessert Station Full setup with linens, china, crystal & flatware Full staff - waiters, bus boys, bartender, coat check (seasonal) and security *Price is per person and does not include 8¾% NYS Sales and 15% gratuity charge.  Saturday evening events must guarantee a minimum of 80 guests, all other events must guarantee a minimum of 40 guests.  Children under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list count for our Teen Time packages.  Children ages 6 through 12 receive a 50% discount.  All prices are effective June 1, 2009 and are subject to change. Our Teen Time package does not include any type of bar service.  This a teenage package.  The only adults in attendance are staff and chaperones.  Catering Con Sazon strongly discourages the consumption of alcoholic beverages by chaperones during Teen Time events.
Finally! $3950*	So you can drive a car, fight in a war, vote for a president but you can't get a drink?!?! Multimix Entertainment is the exclusive provider of DJ services for Catering Con Sazon.  If you wish to bring your own DJ, he/she must provide proof of liability insurance and provide his/her own sound equipment no later  than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event and is limited to the stage area.  Outside DJs must provide an equipment list for approval by management at least one (1) week prior to your event.  Only equipment approved by  management will be be admitted onto our premises.  If you prefer to maximize your dance floor space, rental of our DJ booth is available for $50 and must be paid no later  than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event.  New DJs who have not filed a Certificate of Liability Insurance with Con Sazon must pay an access fee of $100 no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event.
