Celebrate your graduation in style!   Check out our very popular Graduation packages below:

High School $3750*	Working on a limited budget?  Our High School Graduation package offers an affordable and elegant solution: Four (4) Hour Event Unlimited soda, juice & water Unlimited domestic beer & wine for three and a half (3.5) hours** Buffet consisting of pernil, arroz con gandules, pollo al horno, baked ziti and house salad DJ Service Full staff - waiters, bus boys, security, bartender and coat check Choice of colored linens from our stock inventory Champagne Toast (non-alcoholic) Graduation Decorations *Price does not include 8¾% NYS Sales.  Price is per person.  Children under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list count for our Graduation packages.   Saturday evenings require a minimum of 100 guests, all other times and dates require a minimum of 50 guests.  All prices are effective April 1, 2007 and are subject to change. ** Our High School  package includes domestic beer and wine.  Our domestic beers are Budweiser and Coors Light.  Our domestic wines are Merlot, Chardonnay and White Zinfandel.  Based on availability, we may substitute Burgundy and/or Chablis for Merlot and/or Chardonnay.  Bar packages are available that include other alcoholic beverages. Catering Con Sazon no longer includes DJ services  unless otherwise stated.  Scorpion Entertainment is now the preferred vendor for all DJ Services at Catering Con Sazon.  Please click here for more information on Scorpion Entertainment.  If you wish to bring your own DJ, he/she must provide proof of liability insurance and provide his/her own sound equipment and pay a $150 usage fee no later  than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event.  Outside DJs must provide an equipment list for approval by management at least one (1) week prior to your event.  Only equipment approved by  management will be be admitted onto our premises.
