Check out our list of discounts that may apply to you.  PLEASE NOTE:  Discounts may NOT be combined unless otherwise stated.  Discounts can only be applied to Party in a Box™ or Take Out™ only.

Returning Customers
Once you have your event, you are automatically eligible for a 15% discount off of any package you book in the future.

Referrals
If you have attended any event at any of our locations since 2002, you are eligible for a 10% discount off any package.  You must provide the name of the person who booked the event you attended in order to qualify.

Dancers Deluxe
If you are currently enrolled in one of the dance/sports programs that we sponsor, you are eligible for a 10% discount.  Our current list of eligible dance/sports programs is listed below.

Catering Con Sazon offers a 15% discount to all NYC police officers as well as all  NYC Board of Education, US Postal Service and MTA employees.  You must present a current and valid employee ID to qualify.

NYC/NYS Employees
Catering Con Sazon offers a 15% discount to all NYC and NYS employees who are not members of the NYPD or BOE.  You must present a current and valid employee ID to qualify.

SUPER Saver

If you place a reservation of at least $750 at booking, you are eligible for an additional 5% discount.  This discount may be combined with other discounts.

Thursday Night Fever

Several times a year, we run a promotion called Thursday Night Fever.  Book any event on a Thursday evening during our Thursday Night Fever period and you can receive a 10% discount.  This discount may be combined with other discounts.  Check our Events page for the next Thursday Night Fever promotional period.

Early Bird

If you place a reservation at least one year prior to your event date, you are eligible for an additional 5% discount.  This discount may be combined with other discounts.

Last Minute Miracle

Occasionally, Catering Con Sazon has some last minute cancellations or dates that have gone unsolicited. Rather than let the day go free, Catering Con Sazon is offering you 30% off of any Party in a Box package on these dates that are still available within the next thirty (30) days.  Dates marked with a piggy bank our eligible for the Last Minute Miracle discount which cannot be combined with any other discount.

Last Minute Miracle OMG

A new take on our very popular LMM, this discount applies to our A La Carte packages.  $750 gets you our Room Rental in the Asmara Ballroom for up to 60 guests with taxes and gratuities included or $375 gets you our Room Rental in the Jebena Lounge for up to 45 guests!  $950 gets you our Room Rental Plus in the Asmara Ballroom for up to 60 guests with taxes and gratuities included.  Each additional guest is $10 per person.  Children under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list count for our Room Rentals.   A full guest list must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to your event.  Only guests on your guest list will be admitted to our location during your event.  Our maximum room capacity in the Asmara Ballroom is 200 guests, 60 guests in the Jebena Lounge.  The rates listed above are for a four (4) hour event.  Additional hours may be added to your event at the rate of $300 per hour.  All Room Rentals require a 25% security deposit. All prices are effective April 1, 2011 and are subject to change.

NEW WINTER  HOURS:  For more information, please feel free to stop by, we are available Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm as well as Saturdays from 11am to 7pm. All other times are by appointment only.
