VIP Gold $50pp*	Planning a simple, yet elegant ceremony?  Working on a limited budget?  Our VIP Gold offers an affordable and elegant solution: Five (5) Hour Event Unlimited soda, juice & water Unlimited domestic & imported beer & wine for four and a half (4.5) hours** Buffet consisting of pernil, arroz con gandules, pollo al horno, vegetable rice medley, baked ziti, paella and house salad Full staff - waiters, bus boys, security, bartender and coat check Hostess Service Choice of colored linens from our stock inventory Champagne Fountain (non-alcoholic) Coffee service during cake cutting Chair covers for all guests Ceremony setup *Price is per person and does not include 8¾% NYS Sales and 15% gratuity charge.  Saturday evening events must guarantee a minimum of 80 guests, all other events must guarantee a minimum of 40 guests.  Children under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list count for our Wedding packages.  Children ages 6 through 12 receive a 50% discount.  All prices are effective May 1, 2008 and are subject to change. ** Our VIP Gold package includes domestic and imported beer and wine.  Our domestic beers are Budweiser & Coors Light and our imported beer is Corona.  Our domestic wines are Merlot, Chardonnay and White Zinfandel.  Based on availability, we may substitute Burgundy and/or Chablis for Merlot and/or Chardonnay.   Bar packages are available that include other alcoholic beverages.

NOTE: As of May 1, 2008 Our Sweet 16 Packages Do Not Include DJ Service

This package does not include DJ services.  You may add Enhanced DJ services to this package for $500.  Enhanced DJ services include emcee services during your event as well as one (1) 45-minute rehearsal with our DJ the week of your event.  If you wish to bring your own DJ, he/she must provide proof of liability insurance and provide his/her own sound equipment.  Outside DJs must provide an equipment list for approval by management at least one (1) week prior to your event.  Only equipment approved by  management will be be admitted onto our premises.

Want to add decorations?  Flower packages and more are available upon request for an additional fee.

Expecting lots of little ones to attend?  Traditionally, weddings are restricted to adults and children over twelve (12) years of age.  However, many of today's  couple incorporate children of all ages to help make their celebration a family event.  Ask about our special children's table setups which are available at a nominal fee.
