Basic $2750* $2000   Previously Used by: Gina Rodriguez, Mary Kay	Looking for an intimate luncheon with family friends?  Our Basic Package includes: Four (4) Hour Event Full Staff Unlimited Soda & Juice Buffet featuring pernil, pollo al horno, arroz con gandules, baked ziti and house salad Full setup with linens, china, crystal & flatware Full staff - waiters, bus boys, bartender, coat check (seasonal) and security *Price is per person and does not include 8¾% NYS Sales and 15% gratuity charge.  Saturday evening events must guarantee a minimum of 80 guests, all other events must guarantee a minimum of 40 guests.  Children under the age of five (5) are not included in the guest list count for our Basic packages.  Children ages 6 through 12 receive a 50% discount.  All prices are effective May 1, 2008 and are subject to change. Our Basic package does not include any type of bar service.  A cash bar is available for adults 21 and over who provide proper identification.

Bar packages are available that include name brand alcoholic beverages.

Catering Con Sazon no longer includes DJ services  unless otherwise stated.  Scorpion Entertainment is now the preferred vendor for all DJ Services at Catering Con Sazon.  Please click here for more information on Scorpion Entertainment.  If you wish to bring your own DJ, he/she must provide proof of liability insurance and provide his/her own sound equipment and pay a $150 usage fee no later  than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your event.  Outside DJs must provide an equipment list for approval by management at least one (1) week prior to your event.  Only equipment approved by  management will be be admitted onto our premises.
